Chai Tea Oat Milk Latte


6 Ounces of Oat Milk

4 Ounces of steeped Chai Tea (I prefer Frontier)

Honey to taste

1 drop of cinnamon bark essential oil

Gingerbread cookies 


1 1/3 cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 t ginger

1 t cinnamon

1 t nutmeg 

2 eggs 

12 oz molasses 

6 cups all purpose flour 

1 t baking powder 

2 t baking soda 


Mix wet ingredients add spices.

Mix dry ingredients then add to wet.

Chill to 2 hours 

Roll out and cut into shapes 

Add red hots and raisins 

Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes

One of our favorite blends to help during school or other moments when we just need to focus.

Roll onto back of neck and massage. Take a few minutes to inhale.
